Fair play
How we keep results honest
A short, honest account of how results are checked, and where the checks stop.
The roles
- Host (moderator). Opens the lobby and creates the in-game room. Never plays, never pays in, can never win that lobby. Proposes the winners after the match, and must upload their own results screenshot first.
- Players. Enter with points, play, then upload their end-of-match screenshot.
- Staff. Review the proposed result and the proofs. Only staff approval releases the prize pool.
What is checked automatically
- Hidden AI-generation markers: C2PA content credentials, IPTC “trained algorithmic media” tags, and prompt text some image tools embed.
- Editing-software tags, odd image sizes and shapes, and animated files uploaded as screenshots.
- The exact same file used before, by anyone, and near-duplicates that were only resized or recompressed.
- Where enabled: a vision model reads the names, placement and score off the picture and compares them with what you claimed.
Each upload gets a risk score. Low goes through, in the middle goes to a human reviewer, and high is rejected. You get a limited number of tries per lobby.
What cannot be checked
No software can prove a screenshot is genuine. A determined cheater can sometimes get past automatic checks. That is why the final decision is a person looking at the proofs against the roster, and why disputes freeze the payout.
Consequences
- Fake or reused proof earns a strike. Three strikes lock withdrawals while staff review the account.
- One game ID belongs to one LootCity account. Multiple accounts to farm lobbies or referrals are removed and their rewards voided.
- Disputes: any player can flag a lobby before payout. The prize stays frozen until staff settle it, and every staff action is recorded in an audit log.
If something looks wrong
Flag the lobby in the app or message support on WhatsApp from the footer. Keep your own screenshots until the lobby is closed.
