How it works
From lobby to payout
LootCity is not a bracket generator. Each lobby is one room, one match, one prize pool.
1. Sign up and add your game ID
Create an account with your email and WhatsApp number, then verify your email. Add the in-game ID for each game you play once. After that, you can join any lobby of that game.
2. Fund your wallet
Top up with Paystack. Your wallet holds points; the live buy and cash-out rates are shown in the app before you pay.
3. Join or host a lobby
A lobby has a game, a mode (solo, duo or squad; or a versus match between two sides), an entry in points, a start time and a prize split: winner takes all, top two (70/30) or top three (50/30/20). Entry is taken when you join and refunded if you leave before the lobby fills or if it is cancelled.
4. The room unlocks
When the lobby is full, the host's room ID and password become visible to the people inside. Join the in-game room before the start time.
5. Play and upload proof
After the match, every player uploads the end-of-match screenshot. The host proposes the winners, backed by their own screenshot. See Fair play for what is checked.
6. Staff confirm, wallets update
Staff review and approve. Prize points are added to winners' wallets, each as a separate ledger line. If anything is disputed, the lobby is frozen until it is settled.
7. Withdraw
Add a bank account (new accounts wait 24 hours), request a withdrawal and finance staff send it by bank transfer.
